Just thought I'd start out the year with a bang! I've been reading
this hilarious book, and decided to make it a Dairy Free January. So far we've make pita pizza and eaten a lot of fruit and vegetables!
Woah, woah, dairy free with pizza? Yeah, can't wait to tell you about this cheese.
Come a long for the ride and I'll tell you all about why I decided to go diary-free for a month.
But first, these are pita pizzas!

They are made with
homemade pitas, topped with marinara sauce, red onion, tomato slices, fresh basil, and "
mozzarella". Follow the link to see this cool cheese, currently found at Price Cutter and Mama Jean's. The package says it melts, but it just got a little brown under the broiler. Nonetheless, it tasted great!
